- Once your order is dispatched, delivery is estimated within 2 to 6 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
We know our customers just LOVE daisy dough – all-natural playdough mix is made to spark joy, creativity, and hours of fun! But if you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days and we’ll refund your full purchase price.
How to return:
1. Email us at shop@daisydough.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a quick note about the reason for your return.
3. Once we receive the product back, we’ll process your refund.
Note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
